Victoria, British ColumbiaLocal Victoria kids unite at Beacon Hill Park with reknown artist John Quigley forming a human whale SOS to raise awareness about threats facing whales worldwide. This whale is one in a series of 8 spanning 3 countries from Baja Mexico to Alaska. Event was on may 24th 2007.
